RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are happy with you purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email the billing department at billing@cavemanllc.net to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your purchase number in your email. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Depending on your credit card company, refunds may take up to fifteen (15) business days to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Damaged or Defective items

We would be happy to replace your Caveman LLC item in the event that your purchased item is defective and or breaks within ten (10) days after purchase. Please email us at billing@cavemanllc.net and include a picture of the damaged item along with your original order number. We will then review your information and send out a replacement within five (5) business days.
