NOTE:
Extended operation over 450°F can result in the breakdown of thermochromic properties.
WARNING:
It is never safe to assume that a firearm is unloaded. Before installing any accessory or performing maintenance on a firearm, ensure the firearm is completely unloaded and that there are no rounds in the chamber or magazine. Failure to do so could result in serious injury or fatality.
Additionally, exercise caution around hot barrels, as they may cause burns or damage to individuals or equipment. Avoid direct contact with barrels after firing, as they can become extremely hot and cause severe burns. Wear appropriate protective equipment, such as heat-resistant gloves, when handling hot barrels.

Chemical Formula:
Caveman Smoke™ is composed of thermochromic pigments mixed with Cerakote H-Series as its base. Please refer to Cerakote’s official Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for the H-Series product for more information on the composition and potential hazards associated with this product.
Prevention
- Protective Equipment: Wear protective gloves, clothing, eye protection, and respiratory protection.
- Ventilation: Use only in a well-ventilated area.
- Avoid Exposure: Avoid breathing dust/fumes/gas/mist/vapors/spray.
- Hygiene Measures: Wash hands and face thoroughly after handling.
- Safe Practices: Do not eat, drink, or smoke when using this product.
First Aid Measures
- Inhalation: If inhaled, remove to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. Seek medical attention if you feel unwell.
- Skin Contact: If on skin, gently wash with plenty of soap and water. If skin irritation occurs, get medical advice/attention.
- Eye Contact: If in eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists, get medical advice/attention.
- Ingestion: If swallowed, rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. Call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician if you feel unwell.
Fire-Fighting Measures
- Suitable Extinguishing Media: Use dry sand, dry chemical, or alcohol-resistant foam for extinction.
- Special Protective Equipment: Firefighters should wear self-contained breathing apparatus and full protective clothing.
- Precautions: Evacuate area and fight fire from a safe distance or protected location.
Storage
- Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from heat and flame. Keep container tightly closed.
- Incompatibilities: Keep away from oxidizing agents and strong acids.
- Security: Store locked up and out of reach of unauthorized personnel.
Disposal
Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local, regional, and national regulations. Do not release into sewers or waterways.

Any modification or misuse of Caveman LLC products voids any warranties and may result in serious injury or death. Caveman LLC is not responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from modifications or misuse of its products.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and service marks (“Marks”) displayed on our products and materials are the property of Caveman LLC or other third parties. Users are not permitted to use these Marks without the prior written consent of Caveman LLC or such third parties.
Severability
If any provision of this document is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render this document unenforceable or invalid as a whole. Such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
